A Chorus of Chinese Citizens, Cave Sprites, Palace Attendants and Guards.
When Aladdin rubs the golden lamp a magical genie appears and says he will grant him three wishes. Well, as a director, if I had 3 wishes I'd wish for:
1) more time
2) more time
3) an endless bottle of single malt (because there will never be enough time)
Luckily, this year I have been granted something far better; a break from it all!
It is with great pleasure that I can announce that Lisa will be directing 2018's pantomime alongside Helena and I'm sure it will be a fantastic production.
My plan is to be in the chorus (the least stressful part of the show) and if you would like to join me or take a principal role then come on down to our first meeting Wednesday 5th July to find out more.
The committee have decided on a script and we are currently waiting for the performance licence to come through. It is written by an author that we have used numerous times before and it's sure to be a fun, exciting and funny show for the whole family to enjoy. Tickets are already on sale so if you want to have the best seat in the house be sure to book early and avoid disappointment.
